Lagoon’s R.V. park and Campground is a great place to stay and play. Come enjoy the beautiful, shaded area with convenient access to the amusement park
This campground is situated just outside the Lagoon Amusement park to the South. It actually shares the South boarder fence with the park and has a very convenient one way exit from the park directly to the campground. To re-enter the park, you must walk a good distance around to the front entrance.
The campground has been around for a while and has fully mature trees and lots of shade. It's a bit expensive. There are many pull through sites with full hook-ups and several large back in sites with full hook-ups, water & electricity and electricity only. You can pull through some of the back-in sites if no one is camping in the site behind it. There is a dump station.
There is no play ground for kids to play at but that isn't the point of this campground anyway. You have a huge playground just to the North. There is a Subway shop on site and a few restrooms with showers and a laundry mat. There are few group sites and there is a small creek, Farmington Creek, at the rear of the campground.
It shares a large driveway area with the entrance to the park and one may accidentally pull into the park instead of the campground.
There is a zoo in the park and some of the animals can be seen from the fence between the park and campground.
